Organization/Mission
Founded in late 2015, The Nappie Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that children in Loveland, Ft. Collins and surrounding communities have an adequate supply of diapers to remain clean, dry and healthy. We are committed to raising awareness of Diaper Need and its impact on families. As a Diaper Bank, we distribute diapers and wipes free of charge to families in need through a network of partner agencies. We are an all-volunteer organization.

The Nappie Project is looking to hire a part-time (20 hours/week, with the potential for more hours) Executive Director who will report to and work in partnership with the Board of Directors. Hours are flexible.

Job Summary
The ED serves as the chief executive of The Nappie Project and, in partnership with the Board, is responsible for the success of The Nappie Project. Together, the Board and ED assure The Nappie Project’s relevance to the community, the accomplishment of The Nappie Project’s mis-sion and vision, and the accountability of The Nappie Project to its diverse constituents.
The Board delegates responsibility for management and day-to-day operations to the ED, and s/he has the authority to carry out these responsibilities, in accordance with the direction and policies established by the Board.

The ED serves as the chief executive of The Nappie Project and, in partnership with the Board, is responsible for the success of The Nappie Project. Together, the Board and ED assure The Nappie Project’s relevance to the community, the accomplishment of The Nappie Project’s mission and vision, and the accountability of The Nappie Project to its diverse constituents.

  • Able to establish strong and appropriate relationships with Board, committees, volunteers, staff, donors, partner agencies and clients.
  • Able to establish a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the job
  • Demonstrates commitment to continued professional growth and development. 

Non-profit experience desired.
